Job Summary
Meet and greet guests, answer inquiries, and manage the lobby breakfast/refreshment area or concierge room by stocking, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean, orderly condition. Re-stock food and beverage items throughout the day, wash dishes and trays, and clean microwaves, counters, tables, and trash receptacles. Vacuum, mop dining areas, organize the pantry, and complete communication logs for other shifts. Communicate inventory shortages, maintenance issues, or guest complaints to the manager and assist with cleaning public restrooms, pool areas, fitness centers, or special projects as requested. Follow all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety standards while maintaining a professional image.
