Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Oversee hotel cleanliness operations by inspecting guest rooms and public areas after cleaning, coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure quality standards. Manage room status, identify and resolve discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and communicate room changes to the next shift. Assist housekeeping management with daily activity planning, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees. Enforce company safety policies and procedures, maintain asset protection, and ensure professional guest service. Maintain effective communication, develop positive relationships with staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Require ability to move objects up to 55 pounds, operate related equipment, and use computers/POS systems as part of daily responsibilities.
