Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after housekeeping to ensure quality standards; run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update room assignments. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms; prepare and communicate changes in room assignments; assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; enforce safety policies and confidentiality of information; ensure professional appearance and guest service standards; operate computers/POS systems and complete required paperwork; lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver housekeeping carts; communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with colleagues.
