Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards; run sold room reports and verify room status, prioritize room cleaning, and update departing room statuses. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; document and resolve discrepancies with Front Desk; communicate changes in room assignments and issues to the next shift. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Adhere to safety policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance; welcome guests and respond to disabilities; develop positive relationships and ensure quality standards. Required physical ability to move and handle objects; proficient use of computers/POS systems; read and verify information in various formats. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
