Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool spaces after cleaning to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning tasks. Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts across Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while following all safety policies. Document and resolve issues with the Front Desk, communicate changes in room assignments, and address guest service needs. Perform physical duties including moving objects up to 55 pounds and operating housekeeping carts. Complete required paperwork and maintain professional appearance.
