Guest Environment Expert responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, stocking carts, handling guest requests, and performing other housekeeping duties as needed to create a memorable guest experience. Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, while following safety policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance standards.
