Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Make up guest rooms daily, perform night turndown service, and maintain guest rooms, carpets, wallpapers, furniture, and bathrooms according to hotel standards. Clean and maintain marble and granite floors, guest hallways, and public areas like the lobby and restrooms. Ensure master keys and work assignments are received, filled, and returned promptly. Report defects on fixed assets, lost and found items, and any damage to carpets or upholsteries. Maintain a clean work environment, proper cleaning equipment, and compliance with health, safety, and grooming standards while conducting duties courteously and efficiently. Work any shift assigned by Housekeeping Managers.
