Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, authentic approach to create a personalized breakfast experience while reading cues to tailor service. Serve breakfast items, move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Inform guests about hotel services, directions, and amenities to build relationships and provide local insights. Work any day of the week on your feet, following safety policies and quality assurance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work any day of week
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Great relationship building skill and salesmanship
- Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
- Inform guests about hotel services, directions, and amenities
- Education Required: High School Diploma
