Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Prepare and serve daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, providing personalized service to all guests. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; prepare items such as cut fruit, coffee, and hot breakfasts according to the menu. Stock drink areas, arrange self-service food, clear tables, clean spills, remove trash, and restock supplies as needed. Wash serving equipment, wipe down countertops, and perform a final inspection of the breakfast and kitchen areas. Wear required uniform including name tag, ear piece, and radio. Weekend availability is required; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
