Job Summary
Greet guests at the hotel breakfast area and engage in conversation to create a personalized morning experience. Prepare and replenish breakfast items in an appealing manner while maintaining a clean environment by sanitizing tables, chairs, fixtures, and the back-of-house kitchen. Handle food deliveries, organize storage areas to ensure quality, and rotate stock based on expiration dates. Adhere to all health and sanitation policies for federal, state, local, and company standards. Work early morning shifts from 5 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 5:30 am to 11 am on weekends and holidays. This role offers a path to growth within NCG Hospitality, a family-owned leader in hospitality operations.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability required Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
- Ability to work early mornings
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
