Job Summary
Bellperson role at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB for Summer 2026. Provides excellent guest service, delivers luggage and items to and from hotel rooms, coordinates with Front Desk and Warehouse, assists with ski storage, answers guest inquiries, and supports on-hill operations (snow removal, equipment storage, and cross-training for other hotel roles). Requires hospitality experience or strong guest-service orientation, fluent English, interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform manual labor and operate on-hill vehicle/snowmobile licenses; training and licensing prerequisites apply. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 kg and push/pull up to 45 kg, and work in alpine outdoor conditions. Required Qualifications
- Previous service or hotel experience; able to demonstrate excellent guest service
- Ability to complete training and testing for on-hill tracked vehicle license and snowmobile licenses
- Provide clean driver’s abstract and license prior to commencement of duties (Abstract cannot be any older than 30 days from start of employment)
- Ability to complete training and testing for on-hill tracked vehicle and snowmobile licenses
- Physical requirements: standing/walking for long periods, heavy lifting up to 30kg and pushing/pulling up to 45kg, kneeling, crouching
