Job Summary
Welcome guests, attend to tables, open and serve wine and champagne, prepare garnishes, and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area, process all payment methods, and complete cashier reports. This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, with extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Prior to employment, candidates must complete safety training and certification. Previous bartending experience is a plus, and great storytelling skills and a positive outlook are essential.
