Job Summary
Banquet Set-Up role supporting event operations at OHM. Responsibilities include completing assignments as directed, setting up water, amenities, AV, and breaks at least 15 minutes before meetings, addressing guest requests for equipment and charges, delivering world-class guest service according to OHM and brand standards, setting up and cleaning meeting/function rooms, assisting with meal service and breakdown, helping secure guest checks, following energy conservation and safety procedures, handling equipment properly, reporting to work on time in uniform, and adhering to company policies. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; be able to multitask and stay under pressure; and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Education requirement is High school diploma/GED; 1 year hospitality or banquet experience preferred.
