Hotel Banquet Server

Transport large trays up to 30 lbs through crowded rooms while ensuring food and beverages are served promptly. Complete table and room set-ups, breakdowns, and clean-ups in accordance with department SOPs and Banquet Event Order directives. Check all equipment for damage, maintain cleanliness of service areas including vacuuming carpets, and report unsafe conditions to supervision. Adhere to chemical safety standards, enforce alcohol consumption policies, and provide courteous service consistent with Knott's Berry Farm operational standards. Requires a California Food Handler's card, ability to communicate in English, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
