Hotel Banquet Server

Banquet Server responsibilities include setting up banquet function stations (linens, china, silverware, glassware, centerpieces), stocking and serving at stations, delivering food and beverages to guests, clearing dishes, proper storage of items, maintaining clean work areas, and adhering to OHM/hotel standards. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to greet guests warmly and work in a fast-paced environment; scheduling may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Education: High school diploma/GED. Experience: 1-year hospitality or banquet experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a neat appearance are desirable.
