Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor. Greet guests professionally and provide friendly, attentive service throughout meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and desserts efficiently and accurately. Refill beverages, clear dishes, and maintain a clean and organized event space while working closely with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Tear down banquet rooms after events and return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting banquet equipment as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
