Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with unloading and loading luggage, and safely transport bags to guest rooms, the lobby, and storage areas. Deliver amenities, parcels, and special requests promptly while coordinating with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Tag, store, and retrieve luggage in the hotel's storage area, maintaining an organized system, and assist with loading luggage from shuttles or vehicles. Follow safety procedures for lifting techniques and address guest concerns regarding luggage handling or storage. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and storage spaces while wearing the proper uniform. This contract requires fluency in English, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and a pre-hire flu shot.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Ability to move heavy items
- Ability to enter and maneuver within tight spaces
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English
- This contract requires a flu shot to be administered pre-hire and annually thereafter
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Preference will be given to those candidates with at least six (6) months of experience in the hospitality industry, hospital and/or contract cleaning
