Job Summary
Directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk team; acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available; manages shifts at the Front Desk; responds to guest requests with personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction; interviews, trains and schedules staff; conducts performance evaluations; handles guest inquiries, reservations, and billing coordination; resolves guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism; collaborates with other departments to ensure standards and guest experiences; requires proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury hotel or resort; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Opera knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Supervisory or Assistant Management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
