Hotel Assistant General Manager - Hampton Inn Polaris

Oversee facility operations in the absence of the General Manager, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food and beverage, and human resources. Manage front office operations by supervising the front desk and breakfast staff, while resolving guest concerns to maintain high franchise Guest Service scores. Foster a positive work environment through supervisory duties such as interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and coaching employees. Handle administrative tasks including reporting, inventories, and accounting processes. Assist the General Manager in providing leadership and support to the team while fostering the Buffalo Lodging Associates culture of Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Inclusion.
