Job Summary
Line Cook for The Courtyard/Residence Inn Complex with Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Prepare food items per production requirements and standards, follow recipes, maintain sanitary and safe kitchen conditions, rotate perishables, check stock levels, and assist in keeping buffet stocked. Requires at least two years of Line Cook experience (preferably in a hotel) and Food Handler certification. Flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Focus on quality preparation and presentation to deliver memorable guest experiences.
