Job Summary
Hotel Administrator/Reservations Coordinator at Ibis Cambridge Central Station responsible for handling guest reservations and enquiries, guiding room selections to maximise bookings, managing changes/cancellations, recording guest preferences, and collaborating with front office to optimise occupancy. Requires experience in hospitality reservations or office roles, strong communication and organisational skills, Opera Cloud familiarity is a plus, and fluency in English. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with competitive salary (£13.45/hour, plus benefits). Training provided and opportunities for career growth within AccorInvest UK network.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in reservations or office roles within hospitality.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
