Maintain the sales floor plan and table counts per the manager's instructions. Ensure the space's image aligns with established standards and anticipate client needs to deliver personalized experiences. Assist in orienting new hires within the zone. Uphold the hotel's grooming policy and embody the Heartist spirit in all interactions. Maintain a warm, professional presence to foster loyalty and contribute to the "The place to be" positioning. Work continuous hours Monday through Friday with two consecutive days off.
