Job Summary
Verify casino client identities and manage physical, telephone, and ticketing reception for guests and visitors. Direct clients to various sales points including bars, restaurants, and theaters while maintaining equipment functionality. Coordinate with the security director to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and uphold professional service standards. Work rotating shifts across weekends and holidays in a 280-person team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on an entrance reception post (physical and telephone)
- Mastery of computer tools pack office
- Positive nature, organized and autonomous
- Ability to work in an environment requiring flexibility and adaptation
- Good team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer sense
- Post subject to ministerial approval
