Job Summary
Hot Tub Service & Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing hot tubs, performing routine maintenance, and monitoring water chemistry. Duties include inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining hot tubs; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components (pumps, heaters, filters, jets); ensuring water quality (pH balance, sanitizers, clarity); maintaining records of maintenance activities and inventory; providing professional customer service to owners; and working with teammates as needed. Must be comfortable with hands-on outdoor work and possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication. 18+ with a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; on-site schedule Mon-Fri in Santa Barbara, CA with a service vehicle provided.
