Hot Side Field Service Technician

Deliver performance checks and pro-active maintenance on commercial hot side kitchen equipment to limit breakdowns. Complete installations, removals, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs for beverage business equipment. Leave each morning to independently work at customer sites, diagnosing operating challenges that lead to equipment failure in restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. Train customer staff on proper cleaning and daily maintenance protocols. Manage time and resources to control costs and meet customer commitments while identifying challenges in refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing systems. Work with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam, and open flames across various customer types.
