Job Summary
Repair, maintain, install or refurbish hot side commercial cooking equipment (stoves, grills, ovens, ranges) per schedule and standards. Provide service with company van, inventory, and a work cell phone/tablet; document all work on iPad; train and mentor new technicians; maintain vehicle and parts inventory; build strong customer relations; participate in on-call and portal-to-portal duties; utilize EPA Refrigeration license and other certifications; take advantage of paid training, PTO, benefits, and 401k. Requires valid driver's license, EPA universal refrigeration license, and at least 3 years related experience or training; comfort with or willingness to learn documentation and software, and readiness to operate in field service environments with travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Refrigeration (EPA) universal license
- CFESA Certifications and/or Journeyman Licenses or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or regulations
- ability to document work and submit orders as per policy
- OT/on-call potentially required
- 18 years of age or older
