Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver products to specified customer locations while loading, unloading, and stacking goods. Perform daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete required delivery documentation, and maintain a clean work area. Assist with general warehouse duties and promote a safety-first environment. Requires a current state-issued driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Possession of a current state-issued Driver's License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
- Minimum of one (1) year of route transportation experience
- Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL – Class A or B)
- Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds
- Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- To ensure safety and compliance, employees in this role are required to always wear steel-toe or composite safety shoes
