Job Summary
Hot Shot Driver delivers batteries to dealers and assists with warehouse operations and route management. Responsibilities include running assigned hot shot routes, loading/unloading batteries, general warehousing duties, delivering batteries safely and professionally, maintaining stock (charging, cleaning, rewrapping after rotation), completing reports/claims, interacting with team members, managers, and customers, and complying with driver program requirements. Qualifications emphasize basic reading/writing/math, computer literacy, familiarity with inventory tools (tablets/scanners), a clean driving record, ability to operate motor vehicles and forklifts, and physical capability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math
- Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems

- Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs
