Job Summary
Prepare and serve high quality, nutritionally-appropriate hot foods in the Dietary and Cafeteria department. Follow standardized recipes and production sheets; complete in-advance preparation for next day; monitor food usage to meet volume needs; maintain sanitation and safe handling of chemicals per SDS; keep an inspection-ready work area and log temperature/leftovers per health department guidelines; operate and maintain equipment per guidelines; provide courteous customer service; flexibility to work varied shifts with rotating weekends/holidays.
