Crew Members at Hot Chi Lakeview are the heartbeat of the restaurant, rotating between Cashier/Expo, Line, Fry, and Prep/Dish; responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, assembling sandwiches and sides, frying, stocking the line, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. You will deliver top-notch hospitality, follow sanitation standards, support your crew, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. The role requires a positive attitude, dependable work ethic, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; previous restaurant experience is not required—we’ll train you.
