Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy while managing VMware vSphere, storage platforms, and Microsoft Azure & 365 solutions. Troubleshoot firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks, then lead server, storage, networking, and cloud implementation projects. Serve as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening. Develop PowerShell automation, maintain documentation, and coordinate with clients and vendors during critical events. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent infrastructure issues.

- 7+ years of systems engineering/infrastructure admin
- 3+ years of MSP experience
