Job Summary
Hostesses at WildBlue Amenity engage with travelers, welcoming guests and ensuring attentive service in the dining room. Responsibilities include seating guests, managing reservations, maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics of service areas, and communicating guest requests. Ideal candidates are organized and customer service-oriented, with flexible schedules for weekends and holidays. While previous experience is preferred, beginners are welcome; training is also available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and speak English may be required
- Must complete Alcohol Awareness Training
- Experience in customer service preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of point of sales (POS) system
