Welcome each guest with a smile and escort them to their assigned table while controlling room flow through station rotation and enforcing check procedures. Assign side duties, supervise setups, and maintain the reservation book by taking calls and noting special requests. Remain visible on the dining floor, check tables daily for proper settings, and assist with bussing and cocktail orders. Communicate guest concerns to the Department Manager and uphold cleanliness standards throughout service areas. This seasonal role lasts six months or less and includes eligibility for medical and 401(k) benefits.
