Job Summary
Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for guests, from the Hox welcome to handling questions and requests. Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate with no surprises. Coordinate with restaurant teams for individual and group bookings, answer phones, and sort out requests to serve as the one-stop-shop for guests. Take reservations over the phone, process cash and card payments, and assist the team on the floor. Master the online reservation system to add all necessary information to bookings. Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that guests' expectations are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy front of house role
- Passion for hospitality
- Attitude of being helpful to others
- Ability to make guests feel confident they can answer any question
