Job Summary
Greet dine-in clientele, manage reservation systems to optimize flow control, seat customers, answer phones, and handle to-go orders. Take and pack orders accurately while adhering to food safety protocols, count the register, and learn the menu. Perform side job duties before, during, and after shifts. Must work lunches and dinners, have reliable transportation, and meet dress code requirements. US citizen or legal resident with at least one year of full-dining restaurant experience required.

- Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Willingness to take instructions in a professional and understanding manner
- Ability to solve basic math problems
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- High-end restaurant experience (e.g., casual fine dining or above)
- Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus
