Hostess at Anantara The Palm in Dubai shaping guest experiences through courteous greeting and seating, maintaining restaurant ambiance, coordinating with colleagues, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests warmly, managing reservations and entrance presentation, ensuring tables are clean and properly set, maintaining telephone etiquette, understanding hotel and restaurant services, collaborating with the cashier on breaks, and supporting service when needed. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, good organizational skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred hospitality training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or guest relations training preferred
