Job Summary
Host/Hostess at City of Dreams Manila (Melco Resorts Philippines) greets guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, seats guests at dining tables, manages reception and guest communications, and upholds brand standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and presentation at the restaurant entrance, handling cashiering duties and remittance processes, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, attending trainings, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and knowledge of the property. Requires 1 year of F&B experience in 5-star settings with strong English communication and hospitality skills, plus familiarity with HACCP or food safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of F&B service experience in 5-star international hotels/resorts, and/or in freestanding restaurants, including at least 1 year in a host role
- Casino hotel F&B experience and new projects opening or renovations would be an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (HACCP) would be an advantage
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English
