Hostess

Greet guests and determine party size, seat guests at available tables, present menus, and ensure correct place settings. Guide guests through dining areas, assist as needed, and arrange seating for groups with special needs. Maintain clean, presentable work areas and ensure menus are current. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; respond to guest needs and uphold quality standards. Follow safety policies, report incidents, and maintain confidentiality and professional appearance. Speak clearly and professionally, develop positive teamwork, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Location: Kosgoda, Southern Province, Sri Lanka (FULL_TIME role with Marriott).
