Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables while ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Manage all reservation planning and coordination, from taking phone calls to assigning tables using the restaurant's system. Handle VIP guests with special care and maintain a smooth operational flow throughout the shift. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their entire visit. This role requires experience in a similar gastronomy position, excellent communication skills, and flexibility for regulated working hours.
