Job Summary
Greet guests as they enter, seat them at tables or in waiting areas, and manage seating to optimize flow using OpenTable. Serve as a knowledgeable resource about menu items and local amenities, answer phones with standard greetings, take reservations and to-go orders, control transactions and cash handling, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints, and assist with other positions as needed; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Requires 1 year of customer service, energy, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
