Greet guests, determine party sizes, and seat them by finding clean tables, pulling out chairs, and placing current menus. Guide guests through dining rooms, move and arrange tables and settings, and ensure appropriate place settings with napkins and silverware. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being while maintaining work area cleanliness. Check menus for current, clean, and wrinkle-free status, report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager, and complete required safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and support the team to reach common goals.
