Job Summary
Welcome guests to the venue, seat them by finding clean tables and placing menus, and coordinate seating options with service staff. Answer incoming calls, address queries, and take reservations as required. Introduce waiters to guests, guide them through dining rooms, and ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware. Maintain reception and work area cleanliness, check menu presentation, and conduct regular outlet inspections. Cater to guests needing extra attention and assist with adhoc duties, table allocation, and floor layout. Perform opening and closing duties while ensuring the outlet manager is informed of all guest queries or complaints.
