Job Summary
Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting, escort them to tables, and present menus while maintaining a positive attitude. Manage reservations through the reservation system, optimize table allocation, and coordinate assignments with the service team. Monitor dining room occupancy, ensure the hostess stand is clean and equipped, and answer telephone calls promptly. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, gather preferences, and thank guests upon departure.
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent in a luxury/ upscale hotel or restaurant
- Experience using restaurant reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, TableCheck, or similar)
