Job Summary
Greet guests at the entrance, seat them according to the floor plan, and present menus while ensuring tables are set to the best service. Manage reservations, confirm cancellations, and communicate changes to management throughout the shift. Monitor guest reactions, handle complaints using instant pacification procedures, and maintain positive relations by anticipating needs and responding promptly. Anticipate heavy business times to organize procedures for waiting lines and ensure all sections are cleaned and organized. Assist staff with cashiering procedures, menu printing, and other reasonable duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.

- Must be proficient in French and English languages (verbal & written)

- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Successful completion of the training process
