Job Summary
Hostess at Mondrian Doha responsible for friendly, efficient service of food and beverages and handling guest flow. Duties include managing reservations, preparing and assigning table allocations, communicating with management, maintaining knowledge of menu items, ensuring tables are properly set and reset, delivering service in accordance with company standards, maintaining cleanliness and order of dining areas, and completing opening and closing procedures. Must be assertive, attentive, and able to provide courteous, professional guest experiences across multiple venues and events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred (entry level)
