Receive guests and manage all related tasks with initiative and responsibility. Review the reservation book, escort clients to assigned tables, monitor the waiting list, and provide accurate wait times. Handle phone reservations and process and direct customer complaints to the appropriate departments. This role is part of a permanent contract with a two-month probation period, scheduled according to the company's quadrant system with legal breaks. The position is located at Calle de Serrano, 61, ABC Serrano Shopping Center, Madrid, with compensation aligned to the Madrid Hospitality Convention.
