Host/Hostess at Prelude Kitchen & Bar in Downtown Sacramento. Welcome guests, manage waiting list and inform guests about waiting times, guide guests to tables, take and manage takeout orders, process delivery orders via tablet, package takeout orders, assist with ancillary tasks, and contribute to smooth restaurant operations. Requires excellent communication, active listening, ability to learn the menu, input takeout orders accurately, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
