Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry to the dining area. Assess table flow and make judgment calls on seating capacity while maintaining high standards for service quality, appearance, and facility cleanliness. Answer club phone inquiries and adhere to Woodhill standards of professionalism during calls. Ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure by balancing multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail. Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available to support our family-oriented country club's year-round dining and social services.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to read, write, and determine wait time based on Woodhill's procedures.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
