Job Summary
As a Host at Chili's, you will provide a warm welcome to every Guest and manage the wait list, while communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls and assisting fellow Team Members as needed. This role requires a friendly and caring attitude, quick thinking in a busy environment, and the ability to stand for long periods. No prior experience is necessary for this entry-level position.
