Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them, while helping fellow Team Members and contributing to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, working in a standing position for long periods and safely lifting trays of food. No experience is necessary.
